10 Ways to Feel More Alive!
Life will always be full of highs and lows, so it’s so important that we make time for ourselves and do things that make us happy. If you’re feeling down here are 10 ways to make you feel alive again:
Go outside and explore nature!
It’s been proven that nature makes us happier. Go out and be one with nature. Go on a walk through the forest, park or beach and just take in your surroundings. If you are feeling brave, go barefoot to get more grounded.
Painting has always been a form of therapy for me. Grab a canvas, some paint and get your creativity going. You will feel great afterwards.
Exercising releases endorphins.. the stuff that makes us feel good. Try exercising for 30 min a day to reduce stress.
It’s so important to calm our mind daily. Try to practice meditation for 10 min every morning, the perfect way to start your day!
Do something fulfilling to you.
What is fulfilling to you? Giving back? Writing? Hiking? Whatever it is, it’s important to take the time and do things that you love every now and then.
Plan a vacation.
We all love a nice vacation! Take some time off and plan a vacation for yourself.
Eating healthy is known to help improve our mental state,. Try to eat more veggies and fruit, you will notice a difference in how you feel.
Surround yourself with good people.
You are what you attract. Keep positive people around you.
Do something nice for someone.
Giving is one of my favorite things to do. It can feel really good!
Have a self care day.
Don’t forget about yourself! Pamper yourself at least once a week.
